Welcome and thanks for visiting my website, I am a qualified Diamond Mounter & Jeweller based in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
I have been in the Quarter working in this trade for over 40 years now.
In the beginning many years ago I was thougt my trade at Charles Green and Son right here in the Quarter.
I was apprenticed (starting at 16)under the resident master craftsmen and rose to the position of model-maker and workshop foreman.
After finishing my apprenticeship I was employed by them for 27 years.
My own company SRW Jewellery began trading in July 2001.
Currently I still work from my studio in the Jewellery Quarter above Artful Expression on Warstone Lane for a number of major firms in the industry, as well as independent retailers.
I also work on a huge amount of private commissions.
I am able to offer a design service, I gladly make your imagination meet it's image or I am happy to surprise with a desing of my own.
I can produce a wax models and work with all materials known to man today.
In my work I still embrace those old fashioned, established, traditional skills however I have started incorporating many new technologies.
